In this series of three classes, children will develop three important skills that emotionally intelligent individuals have: the ability to manage strong feelings, the use of positive self-talk and the ability to identify feelings.
My yoga class is all about feeling relaxed, happy, healthy and confident!
In this class, we won't need any fancy equipment or prior knowledge - beginners welcome :)
The class will include a clear and simple yoga practice and breathing techniques designed for young people.
They will learn important skills and techniques to allow the students to challenge themselves physically in a safe and effective manner.
