I am an educator from Australia and I love to do yoga, it is a great way to exercise the body and mind even when we have limited time and space!
I am a certified yoga instructor, I hold a certificate in the science of exercise and I have been practicing yoga for 15 years.
We can have a class together once, twice, or even three times a week! Find your preferred time in my class schedule, or request a time and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

In my classes, we wont need fancy equipment or any special skills, we just need a little bit of free time, a small area, a mat or a towel, and we are ready to begin!
