Is it sometimes difficult to switch gears and wind down when it's time to get ready for bed?
These sessions include calming practices such as breathing exercises, guided meditation and body relaxation techniques to help fall asleep faster and improve sleep quality. We will find the quiet stillness needed to facilitate the transition and help move into a calm state, ready to sleep.
These sessions help to build a strong night time routine, and are most effective right before bed time.

I am an educator from Australia and I love to do yoga, it is a great way to exercise the body and mind even when we have limited time and space!
I am a certified yoga instructor, I hold a certificate in the science of exercise and I have been practicing yoga for 15 years.
We can have a class together once, twice, or even three times a week! Find your preferred time in my class schedule, or request a time and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

In my classes, we wont need fancy equipment or any special skills, we just need a little bit of free time, a small area, a mat or a towel, and we are ready to begin!
