They will learn important skills and techniques to allow the students to challenge themselves physically in a safe and effective manner.
This course will be focused on introducing students to the fun world of chess. No level of prior knowledge is needed, as a student will be taught the basics, like how to make a move, the rules, some tips to improve their game and so on. They will also be introduced to the tools and websites available to them for them to improve in chess.
My yoga class is all about feeling relaxed, happy, healthy and confident!
In this class, we won't need any fancy equipment or prior knowledge - beginners welcome :)
