您好,我是來自馬來西亞的幼教工作者,也是一名幼兒園園長和育兒教育講師。我擅長的是通過孩子的微行為來觀察他們的內心需求、能力或想法。我設計的課程都是通過“兒童心理發展”階段來編排的。利用玩、看、聽、閱、讀五大技巧來提升孩子的學習興趣和動力。我相信,有技巧的教學模式,生動有趣的教學內容和教材,可以讓孩子們學會和學好中文。

我的教學模式是採用“主題教學法”(Thematic teaching),主題教學法是指在確立的主題框架中圍繞著學生與主題內容的興趣和探討。目的是在學習的過程中以研究方法來獲取知識和發展知識,發現學生不同的閃光點,使學生獲得自由且具有完整思考的自我體驗。每一主題都有相應的主題內容和總體要求,一般最少四至八次的課堂完成一個主題教學。
