My name is Vivian, I am from Australia and I love to do yoga!
It is a great way to exercise - even when we have limited time and space!
I am a certified yoga instructor, I hold a certificate in the science of exercise and I have been practicing yoga for 15 years.

My class is all about feeling happy, healthy and confident!
In my yoga class, we wont need fancy equipment, we don't need to be skilled athletes, we just need a small area, a yoga mat or a towel, and we are ready to begin!
