Hi, I am a Food and Nutrition teacher in the UK and enjoy teaching both the practical and theory lessons of this subject.
My recipes are plant based as I gave up eating meat when I was at school. All my recipes therefore are plant based recipes, but students can use what they want, for example when making a pizza I may use a vegan salami or tofu.
If your child/ren enjoys cooking or would like to learn new recipes and become more confident in the kitchen, then why not try one of my classes and invite a friend.
I also welcome any suggestions.
